Parent & Family Engagement (ref Title I)

At Jefferson, we know that families are a child’s first and most important teachers. That’s why we are committed to building strong partnerships between home and school—so that every child can thrive. As a Title I school, we receive federal funding to help improve academic outcomes, and part of that funding supports meaningful parent and family engagement. 

We encourage all families to take an active role in their child’s education. When schools and families work together, students do better—academically, socially, and emotionally.
