Student Leadership & Recognition

At Jefferson, we believe every student has the potential to lead, inspire, and make a positive difference in their school community. Through our student leadership programs and recognition efforts, we empower young learners to take initiative, show responsibility, and be proud of their accomplishments—big and small. 

From serving as role models in Student Council or as a Playworks Junior Coach to being recognized for kindness, effort, or academic growth, and regular attendance, our goal is to build confident learners and compassionate leaders.
